Will had slept lightly checking on the comings and goings of vehicles through the night. We woke and dressed in time to see the sun sneak behind a low cloud. Mist rose from the water. A lone fishing boat drifted partially hidden in the mist. We walked out to the fishing pier to have our coffee. Fish jumped leaving ever widening rings to disturb the calm of the water. Too soon it was time to leave. We drove the back roads toward our destination stopping to see an alternative overnight spot at a state gamelands area along Neshannock Creek. We arrived at our dentist a few minutes early, better than last time when we arrived late. Kathy was first in the chair. How well, Dr. Cagno knows her. He left her time to settle in then gave her a nice double shot of novacane. Then talking all the while he took out the old fillings and put in the new,and fixed the chipped tooth. He constantly reminded her to breath. Before she knew it the ordeal was over. Will's turn in the chair. He too had a good boost of novacane. Dr. Cagno tried filling the rootless teeth without it, but Will insisted as to make sure there would be no sensation. With our mouths still tinglely we went for Coney Island hotdogs. They are the best, smothered with onions and chilli--a treat to ourselves each time we come to New Castle.
We spent the afternoon with Kathy's sister, Carmine. Will tested Robert's new Gateway computer. Kathy and Carmine had sister time. Carmine showed Kathy her new breathing machine she will start to use at night. With the new machine she will have more oxygen and maybe more energy too. For sure she will not stop breathing at night as she does now.The sisters took on cleaning the sliding door windows which ment taking out the inner pane to clean between the double glass. It was a challenge figuring out the process on the first door, but the second went quickly. Of course they made more work for themselves when the curtain, rod and all came toubling down. But they managed to get it back up sticking toothpicks in the enlarged screw holes. With water breaks and chat time the afternoon passed. They decided to take the old computer to the Goodwill store and during their walk around Carmine found a neat little antique table for the bedside. On the way home they decided on Chinese takeout. The Sesemee Restaurant near her house is nested back behind the car dealer, but people find it; the place was full of people and many came for take. Back at Carmine's we had a Chinese feast! It was late when we pulled in to Jayne's. We had stopped at the store for some groceries. Kathy helped put them away then headed for bed. Will enjoyed the quiet house and watched some TV
