Traveling down that highway

Time seems to pass so quickly and yet so slowly.  We worked our way south from Nova Scotia a few months ago crossing into Maine as the leaves were changing colors bursting into Fall.  We made our way to Pennsylvania where we visited with family,

had the usual doctor visits and moved on south to Nashville.

Here we caught theTom Buller's CD release party at Layla's on Broadway, had a quick visit with the Walker Clan

and a visit with the Eversmyers.

It was an adventure being in downtown Nashville, a busy city with a lot happening.  Expensive too.  Ross and Gary are the two we got to meet while with the Walkers.

And of course playing with Rachel, Hyrum and Ryan.  Off again along Natchez Trace, a great drive with no traffic signals or stop signs.

The leaves along this stretch of road have not changed much.  The color was most that burnt yellow tinge to the trees.  Luckenbach is a special stop for us on the way south.
We listen to some great music and get to see some familiar faces.  This stop we also picked up our CDs and Tee shirts from Dan West's new album, Sacred Ground.

And now we will continue south to Harley's in Bayview, Texas
