Virginia to Pittsburgh

Here we are crossing the New River Gorge.  Walmart in Fairmont became home for the night.

In the morning we got all organized and settle.  Will sat in the driver's seat and turned the key.  Nothing.  Absolutely nothing; no sound at all. We called AAA who sent out a truck to jump the battery for us; that didn't work.  So they called to send out a long-bed tow truck.  We waited all day; the truck arrived at 3:30ish.  The driver had brought a car for us as he had his son and dog along and we couldn't ride in the cab.

Getting the Roadtrek with the back tray attached is not for the average tow-man.  See the boards placed under the wheels so the back tray does not bend or scrap.

"Stop.  Stop!"

The Roadtrek was soon up on the truck with some great work by the tow-man.

The Roadtrek sure looks different up there on the tow truck!

One hundred and 10 miles to Dorseyville where our garage, Kepple's, is located.

We passed in to Pennsylvania....

Look at that sky!

Under the bridge; this bridge means we have arrived in our "home" neck of the woods.

The entrance to....

Pittsburgh.

Yep, the Roadtrek is still back there; we took the lead just after the bridge since we know the area.

Wow, the wall along route 28 is almost finished; love the murals they have added.

Time to drop the Roadtrek off at Kepple's; they will be surprised on Monday morning!

Coming off is just the opposite of going up so that the tray in the back doesn't bend or scrape.

There goes the car we drove back up on the truck for the ride back to Virginia.

Maria came to pick us up!!  Now, what do we need to get out of the Roadtrek?!!!
