Pandemic
This has been a strange year. We arrived in Florida in March and have stayed home since. That is about 6 months now. The Covid-19 virus has set the world to be a different place with stay at home orders, restaurants and bars closed, shelves in the grocery stores empty of toilet paper and antiseptic good, virtual school and doctor visits, hospitals that don’t let visitors enter and no only emergency care, wearing a mask when you are in public and people staying six feet apart. Who knows what the new world will be like after this.

Cliff married my little sister, Maria and became part of our family. We traveled to Italy together one summer Cliff had the coolest Man Cave! He really enjoyed technology and used it at work, home and helped everyone enjoy theirs too. He bought a boat that he and my sister enjoyed for many years. He walked his daughter down the isle. And welcomed Travis into his family. Not long after Layla was born and he became a very proud Pap Pap. He and my sister retired to Florida. Where Cliff learned to golf. One of my best memories are of our Cookie Days together. Cliff worked at Lowes and enjoyed his job in the paint department. He got sick; he found out he had stage 4-bladder cancer. We went on our traditional breakfast together each time we got together over the years. He finished the first round of chemo treatments. But the cancer went into his bones.
