Oyster Night at Harley's
You never know that to expect at Harley;s. Tonight was oysters! On the grill. Scott had the grill nice and hot with mesquite wood. The oysters pop open when they get just right. Clyde was wondering what was going on. Scott would use a special heavy duty knife to open the oyster and slice off the muscle. And pass the hot oyster off. Calida was opening too. And passing them off. Jim liked his with some cocktail sauce. Yum! Scott reached in the cooler and grabbed another hand full and put them on the grill. This little guy sat wondering what everyone was excited about. It was Oyster Rancho Harley's style: spinach artichoke dip with cheese served on an oyster shell topped with an oyster. Oh my are they good!
