Leaving on a jet plane
Heading to LA and on to Carnival Cruise. Going for two week taking the ship down the west coast, stopping in Mexico and Costa Rica, then on through the Panama Canal, stop at Grand Caman Island and across the Gulf of Mexico to Tampa. More after two weeks!
Turkey Day
Grammy Sue teaches Stella and Silas to set the table. Parade time! Getting the bird ready Play time in the van with Uncle Will Decorated the tree Puzzle time Time to flip the bird Okay it is all in the oven! Bird is ready Giving thanks Let's eat Everything was so good right down to the bones!
Prepping for Thanksgiving feast
We arrived at Sueann's; parked the van in it's new home for the next few weeks. Then the prepping began; we baked and prepared veggies and started casseroles for tomorrows feast.
Breakfast in Ligonier
We stopped to see Nicole and the grandchildren; they grow so fast in a short time! Nicole made us a traditional roast dinner! We played with the kids and by 8:30 they were headed to bed. The next morning Mom and the kids were up early; we met up with Nicole at The Lanes where she is the cook; she made us a great yummy omelet!
New River Gorge
